No Running Lights/dash/fog

i have a 2002 mustang gt sonic blue and have been working on why I have no running lights dash lights or fog lights I have brake blinkers hazards reversing map visor headlight brights radio which is aftermarket kenwood I have changed the headlight switch already checked all fuses and relays and actually jumper the brown wire of the switch and got power to everything that was off so according to the wire diagram in the Haynes repair manual the tan/wh wire goes straight from the fuse to the switch but I have no power on it at the switch but #5 fuse is good any one have any input? Thanks
