99 3.8 auto 109k

It started fine a few days ago, i paid my buddy to remove & paint the upper & lower intake after i had car running good and knew everything was working well.
Got it back together and now has no spark at the plugs. Has fuel, no theft light no codes. I tested coil and all 3 packs read within spec. I thought maybe plug wires, but odd all 6 would fail at once.
Could he of missed a ground maybe? Or could coil be bad even though the continuety read within spec? Check all fuses in car all good.
Do any relays correlate with the ignition/spark?
Any help on an order of diagnosing would be greatly appreciated!
Will remove intakes and start over if i have to but would like to avoid that if possible
