Electrical No spark from coil

Hey guys new to this forum thing ,so I have a 1987 5.0 gt foxbody I bought it a few weeks before my birthday it ran fine over the weekend when I bought it then I go to start it that Monday and nothing just cranks no fire from anywhere,so I start to digonse it with test light and ohms tester, now Im getting power to the positive side of the coil and I'm getting power to the negative side as well but heres the funny part as I crank the engine with the test light on the negative the light just stays constant like the + side ,heres what I've replaced brand new distributor and cap and rotor, TFI, starter solenoid,eec/relay, coil, and coil wires , I have a new ignition switch I'm going to put on once it stops raining but I don't think that'll stop me from getting spark,or would it.also would a blown fuse link some how not give me spark at the coil ? And would the timing effect the spark?
