no zero on balancer for timing???

I just noticed there is no zero on the balancer to set the timing......it reads

ATD tick 10 degrees tick 10 degrees tick 20 degrees tick 30 degrees BDC

tick is the marks between numbers on balancer


I'm thinking the last 10 is the 0 mark....any ideas?

Well if you've got 10ATDC and 10 BTDC, 0 should just be right in the middle of the two... Are you sure that it reads 10 and not |0 =) Dunno, might happen. In any case, just get a measurement of the 20B to the 30B and measure that much back off of the 10B mark.

Base timing is 10 anyways

the first mark on my ATI is I0 not ten..so it is like they put a mark and decided to put the number right next to it..
