ok my car has this weird problem today I had to put on a new belt after my old one flew off.. well now after I put the new belt on the car is hesatating and making a louder exhaust sound around 2000 rpms.. I had to move my alternater a little bit and my blower pullie is rubbing on my altnater could that cause it.. when the car is floor and in high RPMS it pulls like crazy and has power but lower RPMS it is hesitating and making noise could there be a lot of drag on the car from the pullie rubbing.. please help..
