What does the "v" stand for in 289 2v, or 302 4v? If it was a 2 barrel or 4 barrel carb, it'd be a "b" wouldn't it, and they're all 2 valve cylinders aren't they? So what's the "v" mean?
Thanks.
if you see some carbs on the market now....like race demons....they have adjustable venturis. You can swap out different sizes for your performance needs. They look like a cylinder that slides in. Charlies is right...they are the "barrels" on carburetors.
