Where's Joe (Mr. 13K post) been. I haven't seen him online in a long time. What's going on his new combo?

1. YOU STOLE MY THREAD!!! I was gonna post this (like I did last year) around the 15th of Dec. (but Ill let it slide so I dont seem angry and lose votes {gotta be politcally correct} )

2. What I did last year was use this thread to get what appears to be the top 5-6 "nominees" then put them in a poll-type thread the last week of the year....Ill do it again if nobody else minds.

3. Remember, you can nominate for whatever reason you feel, but you should state why (mechanical help, accomplishments, you enjoy reading their posts, etc.)

4. Thanks to all who nominated me, for whatever reason.

5. Dont take this personally Paul, but I WAS gonna state that you have been retired from the ballot this year, since you won last year in the inaugural year, although you definitely deserve it.
(Stangnet Rules CLEARLY STATE that no member may win in successive years, excluding tax, tag, license, and $5000 turn-in fee at vehicle's lease end)

6. I will nominate Joe (always helpful locally), and Oink (for his accomplishments in his vehicle), Travis (the lug key), JR, for "new member of the year", and MYSELF, for selling those damned Tri's

Thanks all!
RC

LOL @ Rob's post. I was waiting for him to say something.

Rob, as I've said before, you make the best surveys.

That's why I'll nominate you too.

BTW, Rob, you forgot an end parenthesis in clause number 3.

You can't use two parenthesis back to back in the same sentence as you did in clause number 1.

You also need a period in clause number 5 between the statment and the disclaimer.

Just busting your stones.....

Joe

OMG I just saw this thread and I can't believe you guys listed me.

It's great to have all of you to communicate with for tons of great info and it's been a pleasure helping any of you who have asked for some advice. That's what keeps a good forum like this powered......by knowledge .
