Non rev limiting cpu for 86 stang

Hey guys, I have a 86 hatchback that still has the cpu that maxes at 6k rpms I was wondering if any of you know about a cpu without the limiter for sub $400 cause I wanna go fast…

No.

In addition, that's not how to go fast. The cam is [done] at 6250.

Gearing? and sub $400 for a cpu, ecm, or pcm won't get you much. Save up your side gig money for this:
Holley Terminator Max for Fox body Mustangs
you will need several hundred more for the items that don't come in the kit.
First, check to see if is legal to purchase and use in your state!

The only thing going faster after 6000rpm is your money.

Stock 86' makes peak HP per factory at 4k rpm, why rev it past 6k? Stock limiter is at 6250 and that is plenty high.

Hell, I turned the limiter down in my car to 5950 soft/6k hard limit with the mods I have. Want to be able to beat on it for years to come...
