Hey whats up fellas! This may be a dumb question but I need some help. My emissions are coming up and I am currently running a O/R h pipe with my LT headers and my check engine light stays on. If I get mil eliminators to get rid of the light, will I pass emissions or will I have to go with a short catted mid pipe? No other problems with the engine, just that. Hook a brotha' up!!

The mil's will eliminate the cel but with the o/r pipe and LT's, most likely you'll fail the smog and visual test. Not sure how strict emissions are in Texas though. I'm in Cali where they are emission Nazis'

If your worried about emissions, I would put the stock h and exhaust manifolds back on.

Just get the mils, about $60, turns off the cel. I don't know about AZ, but in most non-big-city areas here, that is enough to pass.

It depends on where in Texas. I think that in most of the rural counties, emissions are not a problem if there is no check engine light. However, in the big-city counties, the test is tougher and pipe sniffers are also used. I live in a rural county and have not had a problem with my offroad h-pipe.
