North Carolina Emissions?

I need to know the deal with NC emissions. I'm selling a car and dont want to screw the guy. It has a swapped motor and an aftermarket computer. Is this going to be a problem?

umm...as long as it has all the smog equipment and cats on it than he shouldnt have a problem. its just a safety inspection now so he wont have to pass a sniffer test. what motor is in it?

As long as you don't go carbed. The guy who does mine doesn't care. If its a hot rod, you pass up my way.

You can just go and get the car tested yourself so you are 100% sure you arent selling the guy a car that isnt up to emissions par.
