does the manual frame for the driver side have a height adjustment? I know the passenger is just fwd and back.

I might take you up on that offer- i gotta call my salvage yard today- they have a bunch of power tracks. if i can get one for under 100 then ill just put that in. if not, then ill drop you a pm

BTW speaking of salvage yard; I dont know if anyone knows of this site or not, but www.car-part.com is a database of multiple salvage yards all over the country. search by make model and part and where you wanna go and it searches the yards inventory for you. Saved my ass tons of times

I don't think they are real leather - more like pleather but I could be wrong.

Will the 03/04 Cobra or any post 95 Cobra seats work in the 95 Cobra without modification and still be able to use all electrical functions (i.e. raise, lower air bladder etc.) I'd consider a nice new set for my Cobra. If there's a thread on this please post it thanks.

The seat tracks are interchangable side to side. It is the exact same as a passenger side one. Just front to back. But they do sit slightly lower than the power tracks.

Methodical: Yeah any 96-04 seats will bolt right in. I have black leather seats from an 02 GT in my car. The electrical connection is different though. Our floor connection is a 2 prong set up but the connector for the newer seats are four prong. Its not hard to wire it up on the newer seats the four prong is just two power and two grounds. So i wired the powers together and the grounds together and then i bought a new connector set up at radio shack. Its plug and play now. And i have all the power options working 6 way power baby!

They are not real leather, but it actually breathes a little so you dont get a sweaty ass after a long ride. I have zero complaints about mine.

My power track is broken (looked, the switch is like $100), so If I get the summit seats, what would I have to get for the drivers side to make it manual track?

That's what I'm talking about. I want to retain all creature comforts if possible. I'll be heading to the junk yards.

Thanks for the info.

im an effin moron-

when i was mocking up the seat and frame yesterday, i did it with the frame backwards, and mounted it in the car that way- made the tracks bind which made the worm gears strip worse than they already were.

today i got a new power track ($75) a new switch (free- not included in deal either) and a new driverside pull cup cuz my tab got broken off (also free)

everything is in now and perfect. ill post pics later tonight or tomorrow
