My sister drives a 4runner and the thing is in poor engine condition. its been leaking oil forever and right now i just want to add oil until i can change it tomorrow night. Can i add any 10W30 oil to it just for now so it can run for a couple days, or will this damage the engine.
I checked the oil dipstick and their is barely any oil in this thing, its really bad. I want to add some oil, but im afraid she used fully synthetic and all i have is semi synthetic.
