i just got my mrt shifter ball in and steeda grill delete. They sent me the wrong shifter ball, I ordered the ball with the running pony on it and received the one with the MRT letters and checkered flag logo. My invoice says that I ordered the one with the horse on it. I wrote an e-mail to the customer services. Are they going to give me a hard time exchanging it? Will I have to pay to ship it back to them because it was their mistake? Also no instructions came with the steeda grill delete. Was i supposed to receive screws or something because all i received was the emblem and the two black plastic pieces. Am i using parts from the old grill? Any help appreciated

Honestly, I'd call them up rather than posting on here. They're a very cool bunch of guys from my experiences.

Give them a chance to respond. I've had no issues with their customer service. They WILL make it right.

Done me right too....Definately see what they say.....Mistakes happen to everyone, it's how people and places deal with them that make the difference.

I ordered a MRT-T Shifter a few months ago. The Running Pony came off and they replaced it and threw in a few freebies

the grill delete should have two screws for the pony. Other than that, to remove your stock grill, just take out all the push clips on top, pull back your original grill carefully, to remove the four nuts. That will remove your grill. Then you'll have 2 push clips to remove from either side of your stock inner grill. After that, installation should be straight forward. The hardest part is the four nuts on the bottom. Be careful, but don't be scared to pull on it at the same time.

They have been good to me, I ordered some X2 steeda balljoint from them, when they arrived, from bounceing around in the box, the boot cracked, they are sending me new ones with no questions asked, pretty fast shipping too. I also got me C/C plates and Bump steer from them, C/C plates were backordered but I received them within a couple of days of receiving the Bump steer.

yea so i called them up today, it turns out that the running pony shifter is on indefinite back order and they wont be carrying it anymore. THe customer service was great though and they refunded me the money and let me keep the shift knob.
