Hey guys just seeing what every one is up to i am kind of new to the forums only for about 3 weeks lol. I sit at a computer all day working on a web page for a Car Dealer and it does get boaring so if any one wants to keep responding to this just to type random crap it would be nice for some laf's. By the way, the web page is www.hprcars.com i am the Internet Coordinator there any ways let get something to talk about.

Just wondering on my 95 cobra i cant decide weather 3.90's or 4.10's for gears.

good job on the site. i wish i had that job.

as for your question about gears, i dont know what to tell you because i still have stock 3.27's. think about what your plans are for the future of your car before you choose. unless you like doing things twice.

Gears

It's a Cobra, right? Then I would go w/ 3.73's, if you still have a 5 spd in it. Just IMO. Welcome to StangNet.

Welcome to stangnet, and I would throw some 3.73's in there. 3.73's are perfect for a stick shift 5.0L, 3.90's might be a little to much.

4.10's can be excessive on a car without some mods that would benefit from higher rpm's, such as really large heads.

I sealed my driveway today... :/

I'd go 4.10's if you plan to stay NA. I will ONLY run Ford gears in my car, I've heard too many horror stories when running anything other than that...

Don't fear the gear. My buddies with 3.73's wish they had my 4.10's.

How do you like the SRT10? My brother has a 94 lightning running low 13's (hopefully 12's this month) so he's always on this lightning specific site and all the guys on there say those new SRT-10's can manage more than a low 14 high 13 at the track with like a 98 mph trap speed. Sounds really soft to me for that kind of scratch. Just trying to make conversation.

Went to Moroso for the annual Fun Ford power festival it was fckin awesom. Some guy that lives near me took his fox out and I've heard it was wicked fast. That thing ran a 8.85 at 125+mph I could believe how fast that thing was.

Welcome to the boards.
You can't go wrong with either set. Ride in someone's elses car if you can and if you can't just get one or the other and you'll be happy either way. You can always change them later.

Hmmm...... My friend and I were in San Antonio this weekend, we didn't have any good races though. But he did get a ticket. He didn't have a front license plate on the front of his car since he just got the front end repainted. Some roookie cop pulled him just for that. He was mad, I was laughing. I got my subframe connectors on today, I love em. Man the thing drives like it's on rails now. And they look sweet too, that's about all that's new for me. later!
