Can you call up paxton and see if they will switch one out for you? I don't think anybody makes a kit with the 2000 in it. I don't see why they wouldn't switch out the 1200 for the 2000 and just charge you more for the 2000.

Call Paridise Wheels in San Marcos, CA I believe they bought the rights to the Novi 2000 from Paxton.

I think the head units interchange, so if you order a kit from paxton it shouldn't be an issue to have them swap it out, for a few additional $$'s of course.
I thought that paradise wheels just bought the BALL type superchargers from paxton and not the gear type as the novi line is there best selling.

How many different options are there for superchargers on carb engines ?

All blowers are the same, just have different brackets, plumbing etc. You can use a Procharger,Vortech,Powerdyne, the only thing that changes is the eficiency of the compressor, the CFM,and it RPM limit. Mine is a SN2000,with a limit of 39K RPM and max out at probably 11-13 psi.The Novi 1200 should be a pretty good unit. The Sn was a ball drive and the Novi is a gear drive, thats why they whine.Paxton had a problem with the bearings on the SN's so Craig Connely bought the right to them and re sells them now.66moneypit said:How many different options are there for superchargers on carb engines ?
