Ok, so I did a mild engine build on the car. It had some miles on it and it was time. So I had it bored .30 over and threw in some nice kieth Black Pistons. I figured now is the time for cams. To make a long story short I paid a well known speed shop to set the cam degree and set the timing simply because I didn't have the knowledge to do it myself. Well I towed it to akron Horsepower to have a chip burned for it and went to test fire it for the first time and it won't start. I am getting fuel, spark, and air but it won't fire. I'm thinking timing. any tips boys and gals? Thanks

I was going to suggest the shop left the timing wheel out of it before putting the front cover on but you say you've got spark so nix that.

Can the original tune be put back in it?

You've got fuel and you've got spark...do you have compression?

130psi on a fresh motor doesn't sound right...

Does the car cough at all, or act like its going to start?

They may have timed it wrong... did the manually turn the engine over to see if it turned freely?

I think they did mess up the timing or degreeing. Or both. Sorry about the cams lack of prt number. was kinda late lol. Part no # CCA-102700 from Summit. The valve springs were changed also, I forgot to mention that.

Yes it cranks like it wants to start, will caugh everynow and then. It will turn over freely by hand too.
