against my original intentions I switched back to the volvo cooler tonight and dropped to 15 psi. It feels just as fast as before...With the only drawback being it stumbles if you boost and let off the gas.

I let it sit around a idle for about 10 minutes with the fan off just to see if it would heat up. After that it still felt the same temp as the air outside.
