You will need an upper to lower gasket, and a lower intake gaskets. I got to reuse my stock EGR gasket, and made my own TB to intake gasket (used a roll of gasket material and cut it out of that)

I feel like I'm forgetting something but I think thats about all your need besides some tools and RTV.

to be sure, just call a ford dealership parts department... they can look it up for you while you're on the phone, and even order it, although you will pay 2x too much...

It's not that bad. They should always have the upper-to-lower gaskets and the lower manifold gaskets because they are the same on the Cobra as they are on the 5.0 Explorers. I think it's like 20 bucks for the lowers and 15 for the upper to lower, but I wouldn't swear by it.

Fel-Pro...MS93334....This is the kit with the Blue end seals...and the head the lower gaskets...they equal the fel-pro 1250 gasket....

Get the bolt kit from Summit or FRPP...Its like 9.00...M6002-A50 is the kit number...

I never had any luck scoring the TB or EGR gaskets...I just make my own...

The MS93334 is Fel-Pro's number...Any parts place that carries their stuff should have it...its common to all 5.0s...minus the u/l gasket, its for the stock intake...you have the GT40 U/L gasket needed anyway...
I don't have Summits catalog handy....it may be in that section listing all the fel-pro stuff ??? I always get the kit local...
