You shouldn't need MILs on a catted pipe.

Swap your o2 sensors and see if the code swaps side

The plug in MILS are hit and miss. They work for certain cars and not for others

I went the http://mileliminatorsonline.com/ route. Took only 5 minutes to install and CEL free now You might only need 1 since apparently one of your MILs still works, otherwise, buy two

I'm still lost as to why you have mils on your X-pipe. Any aftermarket catted midpipe is only gonna have 1 cat per side. If your UN-catted, then you need the mils. Otherwise I would just ditch the mils and just put o2 extensions on and it should run fine. I've never thrown any code with my catted midpipe with just o2 extensions. Does it specifically state with the SLP catted midpipe that you run mils?

It will occasionaly happen with high flow cats. The MIL's are a cheap fix.

He shouldn't need O2 extensions either since he has an '03.

I am running an aftermarket catted H-pipe and have never thrown any codes since installing it over three years ago. If I did, I would go the flash tuner route because with the exhaust mods, he may be running somewhat on the lean side.

You shouldn't need the MIL's. That is why I suggested you take them off and see what happens.

Trial and error...we'll get this thing figured out sooner or later.
