Yeah, Don't forget about the PC either. The PC smooths out the tone and gives it a more mellow note. The H will give it a louder, more rumbly tone and the X will give it a raw sound.

the gains were from a 4.6 engine, the test was done by 5.0 mustang magazine. I am getting my Dr. Gas instaled sat. i am paying for it to be installed because it needs to be welded one minus about the dr. gas but i will let oyu all kno how it peroforms when its installed. post a clip to

The H-pipe definitely changed the sound. It's a whole lot louder now and also gave it the "drag car" sound that you hear at WOT.

UPR X and Flows are the BOMB!!

UPR x is the best for the cash. it fits great and sounds bomb. I am glad i got and the best mod i have bought.

The x pipe is definitely louder because of the way it mixes the exhaust together. It is also said to have better flow since it goes into an "x" chamber. I'll tell you right now that Bassani makes a badass o/r x, but it IS NOT a TRUE X PIPE. If you want a true X, go with Dr. Gas, they make one hell of an X pipe, or so I've heard.

Those Dr. Gas X pipes sound awesome sick, no matter what you're running in the back however, I think they sound best with Magnaflows. Personally, I think either the MAC O/R H pipes tend to make the sound being looked for by the original poster with the Prochambers running a close second. I've got Flows on my '98 and my plan is to go with a MAC O/R H pipe since that has more of a big block, low rumble beastly sound.

I've got a magnaflow cat back (came stock on my '03 S281), then added the magnaflow O/R X. Not really sure how much I like the sound. It's a little "raspy" for my taste. I am really more interested in a "muscle car" sound. Any one with a sound clip with a magnaflow cat-back, and an O/R H?

just got back from dr. gas xpipe install sounds good, small leak so i will have to have them fix it but other than that its bad as. ill post a clip once i get one
