O/R H-pipe cause MIL?

I am pretty sure I know this answer, but do off road h-pipes cause a MIL on 96 Cobras? Where is the best place to get the eliminators?

yes on any mustang.
O/R in general will trigger the CEL light on your mustang. You get a pair of MILS to turn off the annoying light or you could have a tuner disable the light.

best place to get mils for under $60-80 would be ebay or a mustang classified section.

Thanks, just ordered a set from ebay for $40. The seller just told me they are the last ones to be sold on ebay b/c ebay is now prohibiting them.
