O/R X or Catback First??

I think i am going to go with an Mustang Tuning or maybe a UPR O/R X and a Magnaflows catback. Since i am in college and don't have a lot of jack, i have to do it in stages. So which one should i do first? Does it really matter?

if you're more interested in the sound get the cat-back, if you want more power get the x-pipe. I'd love to hear a stock cat-back with offroad X and longtubes

speaking of the off road x pipe, whats the penalty if your caught with one? is it just a fix it ticket?

depends on where you are. also you could just weld some heatsheilds on your pipe. if you are that worried about it.

I would go with the x-pipe first. Most of your sound will come from the midpipe. The cats soak up a lot of the volume of the exhaust. I buddy of mine use to run a o/r H-pipe and now runs a Prochamber with his stock catback. Its sounds good. Mellow but nice. I like it.
