O/r x pipe swap

I have an o/r x pipe and Iam going to buy steeda catback exhaust for 02 gt I live in Cali smog as you all know, Iam wondering If when it comes time for smog can I take off the o/r x pipe and put in the stock catted one for smog check? Will it pass smog?

yes just keep your stock H-pipe for when it comes time for emissions you will need it to pass
