Heres a long story short. I have long tubes on the car and the driver side O2 harness must have caught something becuase it ripped the connector out on the o2 side and scrapped through the other connector by dragging on the ground. So I bought a new o2 so I could have the lost connector. For the other side of the harness. I cut up an extra o2 extention harness and spliced it in. The trouble I'm having now is that it throws a CEL once its in closed loop. But when I make a quick wot pass and put it back into open loop, the light will shut off. I know the wires must be backwards but with there being no connectors to start with and show me how it lined up and the wires aren't color matched, its hard to tell. So I'm looking either for someone that can tell me what wires match up. Or if they know what else could be causing this CEL. The wires on the engine harness side are black, grey/red, grey/blue, and grey/yellow. O2 side is just white, grey, grey, and black. This is on a 94 GT.

Doesn't match. But I stopped by a buddies house with a 95 and made a diagram of what matches to what. So we'll see if that works.

All I have to add is that I put a new O2 sensor on when I did my wide band install and now I get a CEL when the car is in closed loop. I was thinking maybe I wired up the ground wrong or something and thats causing the light.
