Dump the codes and see what the computer says is wrong…

Here's the link to dump the computer codes with only a jumper wire or paper clip and the check engine light, or test light or voltmeter. I’ve used it for years, and it works great.

Did you pull any plug to look for fouling? If you just replaced the 02 sensors, they can't be messed up like you explain after 2 days. I think you have something else causing a rich fault. Check the vacuum line on the top of the fuel pressure regulator, see if it has fuel. If it does, the FPR may need to be replaced. I would try looking at that first and see if that can fix it. That's my guess.

dont forget the ECT and ACT sensors....they can be out of calibration.....motor thinks it is cold at all times (rich), etc.
it wont necessarily toss a code, as it can be within spec, but incorrect for the situation.

good luck.
