My car runs great some days, and others it seems to be holding back. Its been that way for a month or so now. But more recently its been doing something kinda odd. I will be driving down the road at cruising speed and it will just surge forward without me giving it more gas... Like I was dragging the brakes and let off... Then other times Ill be cruising down the street and it will do just the opposite! The rpms dont change, it doesnt bog, just feels like I put my foot on the brakes. I cleaned the EGR cause I found a lot of threads saying that causes our cars to run poorly. Something else I was considering is that I have an O/R H-pipe w/out cats, which was installed prior to me purchasing the car. I assume I have the O2 sensor caps since my CEL is not on... Could those O2 adaptors have a say in how the car is running like it is? My brakes arent dragging, I already checked that, and there is no dust on the wheels like there would be if my calipers were seizing or sticking. It just seems so odd to me, and I hate knowing my baby isnt running to her full potential!
