A little back ground. I have an 88 306 with B cam and stock EFI up graded to MAF from Speed Density. For most of the almost 10 years I've had it the motor has run great. Lately It's started to skip above 3k rpm after it's been running for +/- a half hour, up until that point it runs smooth as ever. I have to assume something in the electronic control system is heating up and causing this issue. I've change TFI, cap/rotor, cleaned the MAF sensor , and checked system grounds and supply volts when hot and doing the skip deal. Now the last 2 times I've had it out I started to get a low rpm flutter/skip as if a cylinder or 2 aren't firing properly. Thoughts from the experts???
