If i hit a bump it squeeks on the drivers side front....on the highway it feels like i have a front wheel out of balance....doesn't pull just vibration from the front wheel. Me and my friend think its the control arm bushing. If i push down on the fender it makes a metal on metal squeek sound.

I have had bad ball joints before...and this isn't that. BTW i checked those
BTW this started to suddenly occur.

Control arm bushings sound very likely. You could also have a worn-out spring isolator, causing the spring to rub on the control arm. Also check that you don't have a broken spring. The vibration makes me think of the wheel bearing. You may want to jack up the front end and see if you can wiggle the wheel side-to-side or pull the top back-and-forth.
