Odometer problems after SpeedCal install...

Hey guys, not sure if this is just coincidence, but I just installed a speed cal on my car a few days ago, and now I have noticed that the odometer and trip meter are not working. Ive researched the board and see that the problem may be a bad "worm" gear or the circuit got fried. Speedo and Tach work just fine, and now speed is only 2mph off at 70 mph compared to 12 off.

Any guesses as to whether its a gauge problem or a speedcal problem. (BTW, of course my dumb butt didnt bother to check the odometer immediately after installing speedcal,,,i THINK it was working, but am not sure.)

Where did you order it from? Did you have to give them specs of what you had before(wheel size/gear swap??)?

Got it from dallasmustang.com , they have a calculator on their site where you input your gear ratio, speedo gear, and tires and it tells you the settings for your speedcal......
