Off Road X-pipe In California

Hey guys, I have a 2004 GT. I just got finished with my magnapack cat-back and I live in CA. I am pleased with the sound of the 'packs but they aren't loud enough for me with the stock cats and h pipe. So I have a few questions regarding an off road x-pipe.

1) What brand? UPR, BBK, or Pypes? So far I am liking the UPR the best because it includes O2 extenders.
2) Is it ok to match an aluminized x-pipe to a SS cat-back?
3) Let me get this right, I will need a set of O2 extenders and a set of MIL eliminators? Correct?
4) I need to get a smog check every other year so will it be a huge hassle to bolt my old catted h-pipe back up for this?
5) Each time I remove the x-pipe (for smog checks) and put it back on, will I need to use new metal exhaust gaskets?
6) Do these x-pipes require any welding?

Thanks for the help guys.

1) i would do bassani
2)should be no problem with the match
3)you wont need the o2 extenders unless your using LT but MIL eliminators will be needed
4)its not to much a hassle but you will have to do it to pass smog
5)you shouldnt need to replace the gaskets if there in good shape but since your in the might as well
6)No welding

The extension/mill eliminators deal is confusing me a little. Some people tell me I do not need extenders but sometimes I hear that for the 2004 model you will need the extenders. And I have 4 cats...does that mean I will need two pairs (4) mil eliminators? I am assuming I have 4 O2 sensors. Do the original O2 sensors get plugged back into the new x-pipe? Can someone clear this all up? Thanks.
