havent installed one myself but i think you're going to need 02 sensor extention kits for a proper fit.

Couple beers, pb blaster, o2 extensions and some patience with the exhaust studs that will undoubtedly snap on you. Buddy of mine did it on his girl's 95 gt vert last summer and his biggest complaint was the snapped studs. Make that his only complaint**
