IVe got a upr off road x pipe that i never put on my cobra and am now thinking about putting it on my gt. on my cobra i didnt put it on because I didnt get the smog pump delete before I got rid of the car. my question is, what is involved it puttin it on my 00 gt other than the rear o2 sensors? and also I live in virginia, one of the most pissy non emissions states, does anyone know the penalty of not having cats? Ive heard it was pretty steep. thanks again
