Ok here's one. I'm doing my 351W swap and I got everyhting pulled. Time to start buying and putting parts back in. After considerble research I've almost got it down to a conversion with parts but the olnly thing I haven't addressed the fact that I'm doing- obviously- a SN95 conversion. Everything I've read is based on a Fox conversion which is gonna be damn near the same since it's the same chassis and what not but I know pulley clearance between the two are different on spacing fromt he engine to the radiator. If I just go off a Fox conversion should I be fine or is there minor things that I should aware of that are inherent to a SN95 swap only?

I just want a quick answer- not trying to turn this into another one of the countless 351W swaps out there. Don't need any of the obvious stuff listed like imbalence and parts just clearance and install issues for the SN95 only not listed in Fox swaps please Thanks.

I 'think' you should be fine with the sn95 pulleys. If I remember corectly the 351 and 302 are the same lenth (front to back) the 351 is just wider and taller.

Edit: Check this out I may be wrong hope this site answers your Q's.

You can use the stock brackets and pulleys on the 351. Clearance shouldn't be a problem unless you're running an aftermarket fan/radiator. It will still fit, but it might be a little tight. The headers and the throttle body setup are the only other differences that I can think of.

Maybe with the right intake. You could also buy a modified K-Member to drop the engine a little more.
