By the way why the automated draft... I rather have a manual draft..
B/c not everyone may be around at the time of the draft if its done manually. How fair is it to the guy stuck at work on draft day when others are at home picking all the good players.
Its the way the league was done last yr. I'm just keeping it the same
and not to mention it helps us people who dont know enough about nfl to manually select everyone...
It does not matter how much you are familiar w/ the NFL Players as long as you have the rankings which I'm sure you have seen by now. No matter how you set your players up there is no guarantee you will get who you want so it does not really matter how well you know the game or not. I was lucky last year w/ the players I got but I highly doubt I will get the same combination of players again due to what they did last year they will be in high demand this year. There are about 5-7 Top NFL Players that I'm sure everyone will want, when you spread that out between 12 teams your chances are slim. So don't worry to much about what you do or don't know about the players you have just as good of a shot at getting a good team as anyone else. You know the fundamentals of football its all that matters. Make sure to set up your draft so that your players go in the rounds you want them to. just set up as though if you were putting together an NFL team which players are of the most importance. IE.. Your not going to want to draft your kicker or your third string running back before your Quarter back.

Have half of the teams now for a full league. Should not be to much of a problem getting a full roster.

im in hopefully this year i beat u in the finals redline it was a good season between us 2 last year. hopefully we have some more competition this year.
i figured taquitos was someone gay.... makes sense....
and it looks like we'll fill the roster nicely.... i might do auto draft, i'll look into it a bit later, and see if i can figure out what i want to do....

wtf i had no problem setting up my players but i cant find the damn thingy where u set up what positions u want to draft first like i wanna go rb/rb/rb and i cant find where the hell to set that up i dont want the default.
I and my son are in...y'all jacked us last year so we bogarted someone elses league and I won the Superbowl.

You new guys stay serious about your starts. Nothing more annoying than people forgetting about the league and not fixing their rosters...even if you are losing.

thats cool.. but it takes some of the fun out of it..
Thats how I win.. when everybody else is going rb crazy and selecting names from 5 years ago I clean up..
I set it up for auto draft all you have to do is set your players for the order you want them drafted.
Yeah that was an issue last year even from the start. It only takes less then 5 mins to set up your team for the next week as far as subbing out any injured players you may have or players on the bye week. Not everyone can win every week so we will all lose eventually but dont let a bad streak of a few losses deter you from playing. Nice to see the roster filling up so quick. Makes me wish I moved the draft day up sooner but the last thing I wanted was to not have a full roster and be able to play then have to scramble to get another one together before the start of the season. Looks like things should work out just fine. Cant wait to see who I get for players.

I've found if your "favorite" team is pretty good you can opt to pick up players from that team. Keep in mind you will have to have some back-ups for the bye weeks but a few years back I had quite a few Saints players and did well. Made it to the Superbowl. Also remember that a team doesn't have to be a New England or a Indianapolis to have good players. I had Carson Palmer at QB last season and did well with him.

Thats a good point, you dont need a team loaded w/ players from the top 4 teams in the NFL to do good. I had Derek Anderson as my QB last year and he got me really good points. Better then Rothlisberger who I later ended up trading. I also had I also had David Garrad from Jacksonville who did well for me. The thing was Fantasy Football is that you just never know who will be hot and who wont or when it will happen.

yeah, i get what yall are saying. i will likely just take what i get, cause i dont have a favorite team, nor even one i've watched more than one game or so. i'll just pick the order of it, and let it have its way
