*OFFICIAL* 2008 Fantasy Football League

yeah, i hate seeing dallas right now, i love em, and i like romo doing well, but he's got barber with him, and so bluff is getting points when i do too, dangit!

especially that TD TO got, and they called it not one.... then barber got it! i could have gotten points! blah!

Aint Fantasy fun :D

You want to pull your hair out at times. I need to do some tweaking on my team, I consider it an off week w/ the players I have but there are area's Im also lacking in. Unless my WR gets a TD and Manning puts up 50 Points tonight Its pretty much a loss.

I definitely started the wrong defense this week.

ugh, i had felix jones as my starter, and, under my buddy's advice, took him out, and put forte in.... i think that was a good move, but i should have taken watson out, and put forte in.... since felix would have gotten far more points!

Manning is not exactly lighting it up tonight, no air raid sirens. Looks like week 1 is a bust for me. News does not sound good for brady from what they are saying on TV so it might undermind my whole fantasy season. I dont have him as a player but I had him throwing to my key receivers.

Over before it even really began, looks like we could have a new fantasy champion this year

:leaving:

Are the teams set for the "week" of NFL action? I do see that I can adjust my defense to be active, as they play tonight. My main defense played (and did well) yesterday and I want to leave them as active most all the time.

Question is, can I swap to my secondary defense just for tonight, then move them back tomorrow or will moving them in for tonight lock them in for the next week? I want to put my primary back into play after they are done.

You can only play one position per week. So since your active D already played, you can not switch them out for you secondary D for tonight's game. You can switch them as many times as you like before the games start though, so switching one to another will not "lock" anything in, until game time. Hope that helps.

I understand what you are saying. Cool.

However, why does that secondary defense, at least on the web interface, look like it could be activated from Reserve? It gives me the drop-down box to set them as active... That said, it does not give me the option to bench my primary D. It seems to contradict its own rule if showing the option to change it is correct.

I see what you're saying, I have Ronald Curry for tonight's game. I switched him to active and came up with a warning that I have to many active WR and to many active players lol. But yet, it does not take him off

It's probably just because they haven't played yet this week, and if you had someone else in the same position that has not played, you can switch them out if you wanted to.

svt beat me by 2 points :( but they sometimes tweak the points the day after so i may still get a win :) but not likely anyways redline me and u went WAY up into the season last year befor we got beat htis year isnt looking soi hot for us :(
