Hello chaps i have a question and I'm not in the league with you guys but. I'm in one on NFL.com and I have a 2-5 record not good and was wondering. Who would you guys start I have marshawn and ronnie brown and on def I have bills and panthers.

i have brown, not lynch, but i'd probably start lynch over brown, due to miami's lack of run defense....

as for your defense, that's a toughie.... i'd go with the bills, cause the panthers game will likely have a lot of points going on, which would hurt the panthers

WHAT THE HELL?!!!

It's important to know that Fantasy owners might lose McAllister for four games for violating the NFL's steroids policy even though he and his teammates are already preparing for an appeal. As for Week 8, McAllister has a decent matchup in London vs. the Chargers and is worth rolling out as a No. 3 Fantasy RB since he'll see more work in place of injured rusher Reggie Bush. When we know more about McAllister's pending suspension, we'll bring it to you.

between Derek Anderson and Jake Delhomme, they really know how to stick it to me... I start DA, he does ****ty, i read up for next week and start Delhomme, he does ****ty and DA does awesome... I do a swap for the following week because of who theyre playing and the starter does ****ty and the bench does awesome... i just assume put a RB in for my QB, hed probably do better at this point
