I discovered a knocking in my cat today so i decided it's time for a new midpipe. I want a offroad pipe but i really cant decide X or H. I'm leaning towards H pipe right now though. Where is the cheapest place to get one, and it doesn't have have to be bassani or anything. Just like MAC maybe.

THANKS

The MAC Prochamber is a real nice sounding unit. I've had a Bassani X, MAC H, MAC High Flow H and Prochamber. There really is no HP difference just sound.

I think there is a slight HP difference in favor of the X-pipe. The H-pipe is noticably louder though. As for Mac products, they are crap! The steel rust faster than any I've ever seen. My car never saw salt or snow, still the longtubes and the H-pipe near rotted through.

I'm in the same boat. I'm about two clicks away from ordering the Summit o/r H pipe. I'm not worried about rust though. I think I can count the number of rusty parts on my car with one hand.

I'm gonna drop the stock H pipe in about an hour and try to bust the crap out of the cat to unclog it in the meantime.

I vote for a x pipe, I had a h on my old gt, and all my friends had x's and the x's sounded better in my opion, and I really like that old school deep tone, and I think the x had it, even though most people say its more raspy, but only up top it would be.
