I ordered a set of FRPP's offset rack bushings - I assumed they were going to be polyurethane, but when I opened the box they were solid metal bushings. WTF? The FRPP catalog makes no mention of them being solid metal.

So are these going to too harsh for everyday driving? Should I return them for a more conventional poly bushing like from Steeda or M&M? I wanted to install these while I installed C springs and Mach1 struts/shocks.

Thanks for the help!

I was just looking at those last night, thinking about whether I should get them with my B-springs (which I want mainly as a 4x4 delete). Looks like I won't be doing *that*...

Improve your Mustang’s turn-in response by installing Maximum Motorsports’ steering rack bushings! They Increase the effect of Ackerman steering geometry by moving the steering rack rearward in the chassis and eliminate the steering rack movement allowed by rubber and urethane bushings.

MM uses aluminum bushings.

shouldnt notice a difference in ride quality, other than your steering will be tighter.
