if they wont take your old oil/coolant for whatever bullsh-t reason just leave it in front of their doors after hours when their closed. when they open up in the morning they'll have no choice but to take it in.

J/K .... but I can't remember how big the drain was in that plug. That's an interesting approach ..... let me see if I can find it online.
