Oil filter reposition

I cant find them now,but i have seen them somewhere and they bolt to where your oil filter does.Then they kick downwards 90* then your filter goes on.Any help location one of these?

I think I understand what you mean, not the relocation kits where you end up running lines to a filter block elsewhere though right?

It says to rotate towards the front of the engine but it seems like you could mount it to point towards the ground thus giving you the location you are looking for.

I think the 5.0 Explorers/Mountaineers had a 90* oil filter adapter. An oil to water oil cooler too.
