Oil in Overflow tank ?

My 03 SVT has been getting oil into the radiator overflow tank.
I have changed the gasket between the oil filter and coolant block and still have the problem.
There is no antifreeze in my oil, this is crazy and I hope it is not a blown head gasket !
Any idea's or tips on what to check or do next, Please !!!
