oil in the intake runners??

Ok guys I have another problem! I just pulled my intake off and I have oil in the intake ports of the heads, intake, and all over my intake gaskets???? I mean its everywhere just puddles of oil everywhere where the intake sits on the heads??? Whats causing this? I am taking the engine out to rebuild it even tho its only got about 2500 miles on an MMR forged 900 shortblock but i have bad luck with everything so it figures. Can someone tell me what the problem is or what could cause this?? Thank you guys



I have heard that the PCV can do this on a highly modded N/a or supercharged application so i checked my PCV lines and there doesnt look like there is any traces of oil in them. Maybe just a tad in the line that connects to the valve inself but thats it.


p.s. I have a highly modded 4.6 2v

Nope no oil on the plugs which is a good sign, I think its just excessive blow by but there isnt any oil in the pcv lines???
