Engine Oil leak at filter housing?

True, car been in the family since 2010, I've owned it since last summer. My grandad didn't do anything with it except drive it occasionally and garage it. I'd say it starting leaking after oil change.

You could probably run it a quart low for the time being, if you monitor your oil level [carefully].

Might slow things down.

Of course, if this isn't your DD then nevermind.
