hey guys wuts up....WEll i'll tell u wut i've got on my 5.0 to help diagnose problem... I've got a UPR CAI, Mac pro chamber o/r H-pipe with no o2 sensors on,(i'm buying sum next week on my check), flowmaster american thunder catback, and new plugs.....I have about 130,000 on the engine and itz runnin pretty good, except every time i wake up in the morning theres oil spots on my drive way,now i just switched to synthetic mobil 1 and my question is whaT could be causing the leak(Could a bad gasket on the oil plug cause it) Also do u lose alot of power with no O2's.... thanx

You may have a oil leak from your valve covers, back of the lower intake, rear main seal (I hope not), the drain plug, aftermarket breathers, or the low oil sensor on the oil pan. Check those things. Running without O2 sensors will give you poor performance, usually when they are not used is when a computer chip or programmer(PMS,Tweecer, ect) is used. They are disable. Hope the info helps.

If you used regular oil for 130,000 miles and switched to synthetic, that is probably contributing to your leak.

I would switch back. From what I understand, the synthetic oil cleans out the deposits that are left behind by the regular oil and causes leaks. Also do a search on synthetic oil.
