Oil leak problem NEED HELP FAST!

I started noticing a burning smell from the engine compartment and when I checke dit out oil was seeping out of both valve cover breathers and down onto the headers. What would cause oil to be forced out of these. 92 302 notchback with a A-trim vortech 130k miles.

Why do you have valve cover breathers on an EFI car?

Check to see if your PVC is plugged in snug. (located on back of the lower intake, in the center)

Sounds to me like you have a lot of crankcase pressure. Check your PCV valve.

dont you get rid of the pvc valve and thats why you have to use breathers to vent the crank shaft. because the air being forced in is just goiing to to right through the pcv valve and right into the crankcase.....someone who has a blower should be able to answer this question pretty easily

Yeah too much pressure is about the only way you can have oil spilling out of the breathers. If you are using the breathers as a means of deleting the PCV system then you didn't do something right to counter the provisions. Under what circumstances did this occur? Also, if you still have the PCV system in tact, take a look at it and try to get it functiong again. If you put your finger over the PCV valve and you feel suction, then it is working and doing it's job, if not then replace it.

hes running a blower and with the pcv valve hooked up its not gonna suck...its gonna blow air into the crankcase...im pretty sure anyways

I found the pcv in the rear of the bottom intake manifold was unplugged, plugged it back in a I believe my problem is solved. Thanks guys
