Oil Leak????

Just installed anew one piece fel pro oil pan gasket and new rear main. Still an oil leak . Not coming from the valve covers or the rear of the intake either. I have pressure washed and checked out those areas. It seems to be somewhere on the back of teh motor. Is there something else beside the rear main and ol pan gasket back there???

no.

put some of the flourescent dye in your oil...that'll tell you exactly where it's leaking from. Honestly it's prob the valve covers, it always is.

I vote rear main. I replaced mine and its already leaking with less than 1k miles. Piece of crap.

Not very likely, but there are oil galley plugs & cam seal/plug at back of the block. On RARE occasions I've seen rebuilds with a leak from there. Use the fluoro dye...
