Oil on the transmission??

I made a post a while back descibing what was going on on my car. Anyway, I put it up on a stand today and noticed that I have what looks to be oil dripping from my tranny. Does anyone know what this could be?? I still think that something bad is wrong, but I am hoping for the best. If you want a link to my other thread, let me know and I'll post it. Thanks in advance!

Not sure what happened with the other thread. Is the car an automatic? Could be a bad gasket.

It is a 5-speed. What kind of gasket are you referring to?

what color is the oil on the transmission? have you changed or had your transmission fluid changed recently before the noise started occuring?

Well lets see, you say your transmission is acting weird then you see oil around the transmission. I'm no mechanic, but I'd like to say your leaking tranny fluid and the transmission may be running low. If your not mechanically inclinded I'd take it into a shop and have them lift it up.
