oil pan clearance with rack and pinion

I have friend that is getting ready to swap a 93 5.8W into a 70 mustang. He already has installed a rack and pinion steering set up. Does anyone know if the dual oil pan will clear a rack and pinion set up?

Most of the rack and pinion kits for vintage mustangs bolt directly in place of the factory drag link...so theoretically if it fits with the drag link it should fit with the rack...but I really can't say for sure. Easiest way is to try it and see...worst case scenario...he has to buy a front sump pan....they are like $65 new most places.
