Oil Pan Issues?

I changed my oil the other day and everything went well. This morning i got out to get the old gurl started and i see a small puddle of oil streaming from underneath. I quickly get under there too see thats going on. It turns out to be my drain polugs not tight, im 100% positive i tighten it correctly during the oil change. Anywho, when i got to tighten it........Guess what? It wont tighten, i think the bolt thread must be stripped. It just spins, it acts like it wants to tighten but, it doesnt. Anyone else have this prob? Any ideas how to fixx and how much?

pull the plug and check the threads on it. if they look bent/stripped, just get a new plug. otherwise if the pan is stripped you could get a self-tapping one.

Weld it in place. Who needs oil changes anyways???

I think 1991vert is on the right track. If both of those fail, you may need to replace the pan or weld and drill for a new drain location.
