ok it was low a whole quart, wonder were it went?

Guero, was it 1/4 or 1 quart low?

IMHO you should do the gauge no matter what. You have too much stuff on that motor not to.

well im just gonna go to a shop and have them install me a temp gauge, oil gauge, and which one else? i would do it, but im seriously tired of looking at the stangs engine right now!!!!

C'mon man, a gauge install or two is cake compared to what you've been doing. And it will be done just how you want it done if you do it. It'll take an hour or two for a normal person, so figure 15 mins for you to do the install, speedy.

lol i feel loved. lol. actually im stressd out, what gauges you think i should get? i mean both for my car and the brand?

Isn't it ironic (funny) how we want the gauges so that we can see the going ons with our cars. But at the same time it can stress you because you see too much and you end up worrying - example like should the oil pressure be 25lbs at idle or 40lbs - then you panic only to find out that its normal. But you didn't worry when it was stock as long as it was in the "normal range":
